                  CHAPTER-1:1:13 (NEW SETTLERS)-DAY-13     

    Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both up very early that morning after a night spent at Garden House.Eli got breakfast first and the kitchen sinks broke while she was cleaning up so she fixed it and cleaned the puddle up.Ami came along for his breakfast soon after the sink was fixed and the puddle cleaned up.

    Eli and Ami both went out to work on harvesting produce in the garden and got as much as they could since summer was nearly over and would be ending in a few short days.They both knew that they might not be getting as much produce when fall arrived and decided to think about part-time jobs.

    They came in to use the washrooms to get cleaned up and to get something to eat since their house wasn't finished yet and wouldn't be for a few more days.They decided to hold off on the part-time jobs until after the house was built because it would look strange for them to still live on an empty lot and work.

    Eli and Ami ended up deciding to play arcade hoops for a while after eating until it was time to go to the store to sell their produce.They managed to enjoy themselves for a while and they were excited about finally being close to having their house built and looking foreward to moving into the house.

    They started for the grocery store and couldn't help noticing that there was a lot near the new grave yard on the other side of the road and there was a house being built there.The new lot was slightly smaller than their lot and the house was like the one they were building which meant there could be new neighbors.

    They decided to go fishing for a short while since they got back from the store early and it was only 5PM by then.They both spent an hour fishing and managed to catch a few fish in that hour of fishing.The hour ended up going by very quickly and they wanted to get a chance to try out the boats they found.

    Eli and Ami each got into a rowboat and tried them out at 6PM though it took them a while to get to the other side of the river.They started to worry about it getting late when the sun began to sink very low in the sky and it was starting to get dark out.They decided to head back for their own bank.

    They got back by 8PM and it wasn't until 9PM that they finally got into their tent and got to sleep for the night.
