                                      CHAPTER-1:1:5 (NEW SETTLERS)-DAY-5  

    Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both up very early that morning before it was fully light out and they started rushing out to Garden House to get themselves showered and ready for the new day. They both knew they had a full day of hard work in the garden ahead of them.

   They got themselves showered and got busy eating breakfast before heading out to work on the harvesting produce for selling to the grocery store.It was expected to get very hot that day since it was still early in the summer season and they still had to earn more money.

    They got to work and kept working out there in the hot sun on that hot 1845 summer morning to try to earn enough to be able to start on the construction of their house.It would take at least 20000$ in cash savings to be able to start the construction on the house.

    Eli and Ami were both harvesting produce from the smaller garden plants and planning to sell it at the grocery store since it was from public property and they were allowed to use or sell anything harvested from publicly owned land.

    They finished their work by the later part of the afternoon at 4PM and got inside to start showering and cleaning themselves up to get ready to sell produce at the store.Ami used the downstairs washroom and Eli was upstairs in that washroom getting cleaned up.

    Eli and Ami both played chess on their computers for a while and had fun until it was almost 7PM when they had to eat dinner and get to the store to sell the produce.They got done at Garden House by 7:30 and went to the store after they were done with eating.

   Ami got back from the grocery store first at 8PM and got the lot cleaned up while Eli was still heading to the grocery store and about to head back herself.He got the mess the raccoon made picked up and was about ready to get into his sleeping bag and get to sleep.

    Eli finally got home by about 8:30 in the evening and was rushing to get into her own sleeping bag because she was very tired and needed to get to sleep quickly before it started getting too late.
