   Summer-1845

 Twelve year old Eli Jankowsky arrived in Oak Leaf with her twelve year old husband Ami to get themselves started on building their brand new lives in their new country after making the very dangerous journey to North America in a sailing ship filled with other passengers who were all doing the same thing.

  Ami Jankowsky was also eager to get started on establishing their new lives and building the brighter future they wanted for themselves and their kids.It was something that drove them to leave the extreme poverty they were facing behind and head for South Dakota in North America to start their new lives and be able to own their own land                                                                                     

  Eli and Ami were both ready to rush over to the local public library in town after taking a quick look at their new home lot. It was a very large lot and would be perfect for running and working a farm when they were ready to start their family and raise their own kids.That would take 50000$ in cash savings.
     Eli and Ami both had studied gardening skill at the library though Eli left early and went to Garden House to harvest what she could so she could sell it at the grocery store.She was finished working in the garden by 4:30 and decided to study gardening again until 5PM.

   She stopped and got done with the studying and used the  washroom before eating dinner and heading to the grocery store to sell the produce she'd  harvested before going home.Ami arrived home by 7PM and was in bed before too much longer while Eli got home and into her sleeping bag by 8PM.
