               CHAPTER-33-SG-Y-2-S-1-D-6-10 (SPRING)

The residents of Oak Leaf were already making their year's plans for 1846 and those included getting new additions built on houses and improving their workshops with a few new additions like washrooms and kitchen facilities. They wanted to start getting their homes ready for the time when they were to start their families and have the babies. It was already mid-spring and they were getting closer to summer when they'd be able to grow things outside for a while without worrying that plants would go dormant.
The locals were still having to eat their oldest leftovers in mid-spring and the food was all going bad on them before it could get eaten. The families were starting to get swarms of flies around their meals because it was so spoiled. The food had to get eaten regardless of how bad it was because they couldn't afford to let it go to waste.Nobody wanted to end up going hungry because they ran out of food.
The families in Oak Leaf had already begun to grow more produce for cooking though it wasn't ready for harvest yet and that would leave them with having to continue to eat their leftovers. It meant eating a lot of their spoiled food since the leftovers in their fridges were all going bad.
The town still got quite a few rainy days and they were starting to have enough produce to be able to start cooking new meals once the spoiled leftovers got used up.Tanner and Tracy Ivanovitch were planning to start building a bedroom and to eventually add more to their house over the coming year.It was being done because they both wanted their house to be big enough for them to have a baby.
Everybody in Oak Leaf was starting to tend to their gardens in their workshops as the days progressed towards late spring. They were starting to harvest the produce and stock their fridges with ingredient for cooking new meals. It kept raining every few days for at least part of the day and it was cold and frosty on the days it didn't rain.
The families were all trying to earn extra money as well as trying to get skills up high enough to be able to upgrade things like toilets and sinks or showers so they wouldn't keep breaking. The residents were working on getting new additions built or on saving enough money to be able to get that started. The Ivanovitch family still had a lot of garden plants to take care of in their workshop.
The town was halfway through spring and it was a clear sunny day again for once after two days of rain. The local families were both having to deal with very large gardens and had to race to get them tended to before leaving for work.
Tanner and Tracy Ivanovitch were both always in a race to get the gardening done before having to get ready for work because it was too big and too much work for a working family to take care of.They still had just the one room in their house and had to start adding onto their house very soon. This was because they'd arrived in the fall and had only been there for two full seasons so far.
Eli and Ami jankowsky also had to deal with a lot of hard work on thenext sunny day in mid-spring and they were both getting ready to start adding more onto their house over the coming season because they needed the space if they were to ever have a child.
They were working very hard every day at tending the garden and making sure to get to work on time.It was time to start using that spoiled food up and to start using the fresh ingredients to cook new meals. They were selling the unused produce to the grocery store every day and keeping what they needed for cooking. They knew that having planter boxes was making a big difference in gardening.
It ended up being rainy again the next day and that was not very good news for the Ivanovitch family who had been wanting to start adding to their house. They were lucky their garden was in a workshop because they would be getting soaked if it had been an outdoor garden.
They were kept busy tending their garden until later in the afternoon when they stopped to get ready for work at 3PM.It was still raining when they finally had to leave for work at the graveyard. It was about to be late spring and everybody was wanting to get work done on their houses.
